Smarter Driving

McCulla’s advanced in-cab monitoring of system allows constant review of driver technique and performance. All of our vehicles also have an automatic cut out switch which prevents unnecessary idling whilst not in use. Monthly reviews with our drivers combined with an incentive scheme where better practice results with increased pay has seen a 16% reduction in our annual fuel consumption, a saving that has been passed on to our customers.

Passionate about Recycling

McCulla Ireland place a strong emphasis on recycling across all of its operations. From recycling rain water to keep our fleet in immaculate condition to reusing or recycling all of hundreds of thousands of pallets that pass through our doors on a regular basis. All of our recycling takes place locally which provides a further boost to the economy around us.

Watts Up

In 2009 we took a major overhaul of our cold-storage and office facilities by changing to LED lighting fixtures. This move has brought many advantages not least energy efficiency savings because of their lower energy consumption as well as cost savings through longer lifespan, improved robustness, smaller size and greater durability and reliability.

McCulla in the Community

McCulla not only provide an excellent service to the logistics industry but has formed strong links with local community groups as well. We sponsor local sports clubs Banbridge RFC & St. Gauls GAC.
